2. Server logs
When the site is accessed, the hosting provider processes technically necessary connection data, in particular IP address, time, requested resource, amount of data transferred, referrer and browser identification. This serves the secure and stable provision. Log data is retained only as long as necessary for operation, error analysis and abuse prevention.
3. Project inquiries
If you use the form or contact us by e-mail, we process contact details, company information and project information to handle the inquiry, for communication and to prepare a possible collaboration. The legal basis is pre-contractual measures as well as our legitimate interest in handling business inquiries. Inquiries that are no longer required will be deleted unless statutory retention obligations or legitimate evidentiary interests prevent this.
4. Recipients
Hosting, e-mail and IT service providers may be used to provide the service technically. Data is transmitted only to the extent necessary and on an appropriate legal basis. There is no use for third-party advertising purposes.
5. Reach measurement with Fathom Analytics
We use Fathom Analytics for privacy-friendly reach measurement and to improve our web offering. The provider is Conva Ventures Inc., Canada. According to the provider, Fathom does not use cookies and does not create personal user profiles. Aggregated usage data is processed, such as pages visited, referral sources and technical information. The processing is based on our legitimate interest in a privacy-friendly analysis pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Further information can be found in the Fathom privacy policy.
6. Your rights
Within the legal requirements you have rights to access, rectification, deletion, restriction, data portability and objection. You may also lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority.
7. Security and updates
We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. These notices will be adjusted if functions, services or legal requirements change.
