Bring several countries together
Reports from connected country portals appear in a common feed. New active portals can be automatically added to the system.
THE SITUATION
Classic social networks decide with hard-to-follow algorithms which content receives attention. News sites, on the other hand, provide information but rarely a shared personal space for multiple countries and interests.
PHOTRA Social combines both: verifiable reports from the PHOTRA network, a self-determined selection and social functions in a calm, protected system.
WHAT THE SYSTEM CAN DO
Reports from connected country portals appear in a common feed. New active portals can be automatically added to the system.
Members combine countries with politics, economy, environment, culture, climate, food, motorsport or other specialist topics.
New reports appear at the top. No opaque recommendation algorithm decides which news is artificially favored.
Country, originating portal, topic and time remain visible. Each report clearly leads to the full original article.
Comments and discussions complement editorial information with exchange, without losing the origin and context of the report.
Members can discover profiles, follow each other, maintain contacts and forward relevant posts to their followers.
Posts can be saved, shared via external channels or made visible again within the system.
Personal and group messages complement public exchange. Security features can be released stepwise and in a controlled way.
Football live reports and breaking news can be integrated into the feed by country and interest and hidden if necessary.
A free account enables the personal feed. Existing country or premium accesses can additionally unlock full texts.
THE BENEFIT
Members choose countries and topics themselves; the order remains traceable.
New sources, countries and specialist topics can be centrally added and distributed together.
Reading, saving, discussing, following and sharing take place in a coherent space.
Profiles, personal feeds and communication remain protected outside the open web.
Complex platform idea?
